Created for a exhibition entitled 'Speculative Histories', this piece is designed to shed light (literally, within a French-design inspired room) on European colonization in Africa and address the wealth of ancient knowledge that was fractured by foreign invaders – false frontiers drawn, valuable resources robbed, and ancient cultures destroyed.
